About Clear Line
All of Clear Line’s design Works are completed in-house by our own specialist façade design team, which includes several MSc qualified Façade Engineers and a CIOB Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety for Construction holder.
Our self-delivery model extends to all site activities, where all permanent Works are managed and executed in-house by our directly employed workforce.
We are financially robust with excellent credit rating and healthy cash reserves available to ensure any project we commence will be seen through to completion.
We hold £10m PI which includes cover for Fire Design, however this is also always verified by third-party Engineers to provide confidence in compliance.
Clear Line are BRE & Firas Accredited for the installation of Passive Fire Safety Prevention Measures, and hold Constructionline Gold, Achilles Building Confidence, Safe Contractor, CHAS, ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001 & CWCT accreditations & memberships.
