Clear Line was established in 1997 and quickly built up a solid reputation in the curtain wall installation market. In 2001 Clear Line expanded its installation services to the European market and beyond.
We extended our services the following year to cover the building maintenance market.
This was a natural progression for Clear Line, utilising valuable skills gained from the installation business to develop innovative approaches to building maintenance.
Clear Line have worked hard to maintain an exceptional health and safety record. Achieving certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Achilles Building Confidence and CHAS has enabled us to work with a wide range of Main Contractors and Facilities Managers in numerous sectors.

Our ability to offer complex lifting solutions is assisted by our own equipment fleet.
This ranges from minicranes and glass vacuum suckers to specialist Winlet Glass Installation Robots that overcome more challenging site conditions where crane access is not possible or practical.
Our in-house design team, based at our Headquarters in Sheffield, provides us with greater control in ensuring our product is to brief and on time.
Our investment in the latest CAD software and high-end equipment gives our designers the flexibility to offer fast production of efficient schemes and schedules for projects.
Clear Line also utilise this design capability to undertake continuous R&D into new bespoke access methods and material handling systems, in an effort to make more streamlined and effective work.
By working closely with our project managers the team anticipates any unique challenges before they arise and starts work on solutions.
