Our involvement in a charity project in London was published in Battersea Power Station’s newspaper, Building Battersea.
FAST is the local branch of nationwide youth charity, e:merge, which works to inspire and support young people in underprivileged areas. Clear Line has contributed labour for the installation of doors and windows for FAST’s new youth centre on the Patmore Estate, close to Battersea Power Station.
There are now over 1000 construction workers on site for Phase 1, and Clear Line is proud to have a team there installing glazed façades. We were also delighted to take on two new recruits from the for work placements with us, integrating them into our installation teams. They are also from the youth project FAST, as part of their ‘getting into work’ initiative.
